What You’ll Learn
Your journey to become a personal starts with the entry-level Level 2 Gym Instructor Certificate. It’s a must-have qualification that allows you to first and foremost work in a gym and also perform inductions using a variety of resistance and cardiovascular machines. You’ll also learn the importance of health and safety in the workplace, and anatomy and physiology.

After the Level 2 course has been completed, you’ll move on to the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, which is the industry’s most popular fitness qualification. Here you’ll advance your knowledge and learn how to safely and effectively plan and deliver exercise to clients on a one-to-one basis. Kettlebell training, foam rolling, suspension training and Level 3 Nutrition are included at no extra cost.

This course runs over 8 months.

Courses are available throughout the year at venues nationwide. It's recommended that you complete a 6-8 weeks home study before the first practical weekend.

Once enrolled you'll receive a recommended study guide and a full timetable for your diploma. Should you have any questions at any time, you can contact your dedicated support tutor.

Upon enrolment, students receive a course pack which includes: full colour manuals, discount codes for insurance and fitness equipment, practical weekend timetable and a suggested study guide. Students will also receive instant access to our app where they'll be able to download digital versions of their manuals.

Resit fees for practical and theory exams are charged at £30 per exam.
