Aims & Objectives

On your first week in Kuching, Sarawak is to introduce to Malaysia which is truly Asia. During this week our Aim and Objective is to get you immersed in Malayan culture and to also get you acclimatized to Malaysia.


After your arrival on Sunday. Monday begins with a sumptuous breakfast, the day begins with an introduction to the week’s programs. After lunch, you will go on a walking tour around Kuching to absorb the sights, sound and colors of this beautiful town. In the evening, after all official paper works, come together for a fun filled evening welcome party!


On this day, go on a wonderful cycling tour of Kuching and an afternoon boat trip along the river and end our day with a Malayan dinner.


This day you will be learning Bahasa the local language and also traditional culture and customs. These learning will be useful for your day to day activities and to interact with locals once your project week beings.


Today, we take you to the culture village where you will get a glimpse of the local culture, architecture, food etc. After lunch, visit the beautiful Damal Beach to catch the sunset if possible.


This day visit the beautiful Semonggoh Wildlife Park and Fairy caves and retreat back to the center for dinner.


On Saturday, visit the local bazaar to see the various produces brought in by the local farmers. The remaining day is for your to relax and recollect the week’s activities.

This schedule can be changed and/or amended depending on weather conditions, local conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
