The hospital where you will be working aims to offer affordable health treatment to all the inhabitants of Samraong. Unfortunately, the hospital is inundated with patients who cannot receive assistance due to a shortage of staff.

At this project, you will be able to develop your pre-existing medical understanding and help deter the problem that the understaffed hospital faces. Furthermore, the you will be able to absorb knowledge, information and experience from the existing medical staff at the hospital whilst working abroad.

You will begin by observing and monitoring hospital practices, carrying out daily tasks and helping out where needed. After this, you will have an opportunity to progress to a more "hands on" role at the hospital.

A variety of options are available for those on this medical placement. Depending on your level of skill and experience, we will find the correct role for you in which we can fully optimize your abilities allowing you to contribute as much as possible to the hospital. We are able to offer you with daily roles as nurses and doctors if you are experienced.

In accordance with Cambodian law, this program will be supervised by a registered doctor.
