Changing Worlds was founded to select and prepare young people for a variety of work placements abroad, providing them with an appropriate balance of independence and support.

Changing Worlds is a small family business with charitable aims, run and owned by its two Directors, David and Shirley Gill.

David Gill spent several years teaching in South East Asia with Voluntary Service Overseas before continuing a successful career as a secondary school teacher and head of department. David was also responsible for organising and leading many expeditions overseas.

Likewise Shirley has travelled widely and worked as a teacher in the developing World.

They have 5 children of our own...the eldest of whom is enjoying her gap year in Australia and Honduras!
