If you have a work-related problem your first port of call will be the director of the institute where you are placed.

Any other problems (or work issues if not satisfactorily resolved) will be dealt with by the Changing Worlds representative. You will be supported throughout your placement.

The representative will meet you on arrival, organise the orientation course for you and stay in regular contact.  They will also update the UK office on your progress.
