In order to apply, volunteers must have at least a GCSE level of German. 

You also require a criminal record check.

It is essential that all volunteers have good communication and people skills. This is particularly important when working with pupils, especially when there is a language barrier involved.

Volunteers should also be physically fit enough to move and lift people.
