Our selection procedure

We want you to get the most out of your gap year. That's why we like to meet you and make sure that you are suitable for your chosen placement.

First of all we ask you to fill out an application form and let us know of someone who can provide a reference (for certain placements we ask for two referees).

We will then invite you along to one of our interview days where you will have an informal interview, take part in some (fun!) group challenges and have the chance to meet us and ask questions. Parents and friends are welcome to attend a special briefing at the start of the day.

You will be contacted shortly afterwards to confirm whether or not you have been accepted for your placement. Most people are successful.
